Sex is the Wheels with the help of which humanity travels from
the Past to the Future.
But Sublime Experience is accumulated
not in the Wheels, but in the Psycho-Anatomical
Centers, Brought into their Most Active
State by These Wheels!

The Most Active Psycho-
Anatomical Centers of Man are – as I
see it – his Visual Centers!
3.
In – Forms Visible to Everybody –
All Higher Manifestations of the Inner Life-Activity of Man crystallize, given
Some Material and Technical Specifics and Preconditions!

Now, the issue is that
The State took upon itself the Mission of –
the PROVISION
Of These Material and Technical Specifics and Preconditions
in relation to – not only Discrete Random Entities
but, in general - regarding
All People!

This includes – first of all –
the Creation of Special Encyclopedias, Museums,
libraries, All Sorts of Studios and Workshops,
Squares and Cities – of a Specialized Kind!
- Special Transport with Its Minute
Branches and Units!
- All this is necessary – First and Foremost!

Field Gear and Tools!
Field Equipment of All Kinds of Mobile Units and Workshops!
- All These – of the Best Quality – Sketchbooks,
Umbrellas, Tents, Carts and Covered Compartments
- for work during storms, rain, Snow or Frost!
All these Brushes, Canvases, Field-Durable
and Lightweight, Portable - Notebooks, Canvas-stretchers,
Small Easels and Chairs, Pencil Cases, Palettes,
Folders, Small Boxes, Vials and Flasks, plates
Etc.!
It is necessary to develop the Most Up-to-Date
Standards and their Variants - for All of This!

All this is very interesting and will require
Great initiative and Practical
ENTHUSIASM!

And - of course - all THIS will require
Large Targeted Funds!
And there’s the issue of them!
They require the Allocation of Large
Special-Purpose
Funds
for
meeting the needs of a Variety of Research Institutes
and
INSTITUTIONS,
in one way or another related to these Complex
Visible Phenomena!

Implementation of This Program
will create
- the Unprecedented State –
and
Unprecedented Favorable Terms for
the Prosperity
of Science and Art!

In other words – this is Utopia!
Man is drowning
Thinking of All This - in the Sea of His
Imagination!

But, his mind drowning in Utopias,
Man is figuring out
in
His Imagination –
A Solution to one or another
of the Issues Bothering Him!
- It is Natural!
Nothing wrong with that, of course,
no!
And all this from a State Point of View
- only welcomed!
Yes!

- These are the thoughts of a Specialist!

From all this, it is clear that the Participation
Of such a Specialist
acting as
People’s Deputy
in
the Supreme Council of Our State –
is desirable!
For No Other Representative of Another Profession
will be as keenly interested – in
what is being said!
And – he will not worry
about
the Needs
of All This
- maybe it’s not Near
and
Dear enough to his
Profession!

We are not yet accustomed to Public Life!
We are taking First Steps
in
this Sphere of Life!
And the People of My Profession
are far from fully fledged!
And – maybe – as a Rare
exception – I am starting to become – as it were –
FULLY FLEDGED!

After Some Time, however,
My Kind of People
- should grow Very Beautiful
and
Big
Wings!
15.
For me, it's a given!
And I – with Hope
and Admiration I look Ahead!
And I foresee a happy and Real
Future!
- "With this sweet hope I
Am Above Fate!
And earthly life to me – Blessed!
With the Great Thought,
That I am Human,
My Soul soars"!

But the Rain frightened Me away!
